General Information
While our general Parent Resources page provides information used throughout the year, the below documents highlight the most important information for the start of school. The Welcome Document includes information about uniforms, helpful contact information and general supply information (we provide all academic supplies, so you do not need to purchase those).
Summer Camp 2026
Summer 2026 Eligibility
- Children enrolled for the 2026–2027 school year are eligible to attend our Summer Camp program. Due to licensing requirements, students must be 12 months old to attend.
- Our June session is open to all enrolled St. James students, aged 12 months – 5th grade. Our July session is open to enrolled Nest students ages 12 months – 36 months only.
Pelican’s Nest Supplemental Forms
The Pelican’s Nest is our early childhood program for students 12 months to 2 years. Nest Director, Janine Borne will send supplemental forms and Lillio registration for parents to complete ahead of the start of school. Mrs. Borne sends detailed instructions about each document in July.
