The school board of St. James Day School is a subcommittee of the St. James Episcopal Church Vestry. The Rector of the Church appoints the members and each member serves a three-year term. The board meets the fourth Monday of every month, except July, with additional meetings as needed. The Church Rector, the Head of School, and a representative of the Parents' Guild, also serve on the Board.
