Honor your child or a special person at St. James in a lasting way by making them members of the Birthday Book Club. Here is how it works...

Complete the Birthday Book Club form and return it to the school office along with a check for $20 payable to St. James Episcopal Day School or complete the online form below and $20 will be added to your school account.

Once the form, along with payment, is received, we will select a title from the Library’s wish list of new books or a title of your choosing.

A special Birthday Book Club bookplate will be attached to the inside of the book.

The
honoree will give the book(s) to the library during our Monday Church
service when birthdays are celebrated (PK in the classroom).

Birthday Book Club books will then be placed into circulation in the SJEDS
Library.
Please download and print the following form and bring it to us on Orientation day which is Friday, August 7th or send it in to your child's teacher with the check or complete the online version below.
